Hey y'all
everyone knows that okgo are the masters of the short form video, they proved that with 2006' treadmill video. You may or may not have seen the newest visual sensation from the boys. Its the new video for their song "do what you want".. It features a gaggle of freaky side show type performers doing their thing, but here is the catch, they are doing their acrobatics and trickery while dressed in vintage wallpaper suits from head to toe. Their suits match the back round of this one shot video, causing much visual stimulation!!
Check it out for yourselves...

Hi Suresh,

I'm a researcher for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) at the MIT Media Lab. We're developing an experimental methodology for 1) Understanding new ways of utilizing open software for empirical experimentation and 2) How different blog layouts affect user behavior.

To start with we're looking for bloggers who are interested in deploying our wordpress theme and the experimental plugin that accompanies it. Your site caught our eye and meets our requirements. We wondered if you might be interested in participating.

We're currently running the theme at our site, http://www.creativesynthesis.net/blog/ The theme has three principles views (a more traditional style, small text boxes, and an image box style - as well as light and dark versions).

If you like what you see you can download the experimental theme at http://www.creativesynthesis.net/blog/projects/recycled-research/recycled-canvas/

We should also point out that the plugin that comes with the theme records the mousetracking information about your visitors, and you are required to turn it on if you are running the theme. All of the communication is handled through AJAX calls, so in the event of any failure your site won't be affected. In the near future we plan to make this information available to experimenters with some basic visualizations.

Obviously this design is not for everyone, however if you would like to participate go ahead and download the theme. You can also subscribe to the experimenter rss feed for updates. Over the next few months we'll be hosting design discussions based on analysis of moustracking on different sites. Everyone who is running the theme will be able to participate in the discussion.

Feel free to email me with any quetions.
Apologies for the unsolicited posting, and thanks for your time.

It is still amazing to me me that we can now talk to someone on the other side of the world with such ease. Keep up the good work with your blog and spread the word. We need inexpensive high speed access not only here in the U.S. but worldwide. I enjoyed your comments and have bookmarked your blog. I will be checking back from time to time.

The U.S. (the country that invented the internet) is well behind the rest of the world when it comes to broadband adoption and deployment. We invest relativly less and pay more for slower speeds. There is a significant digital divide based on income and geography. We need a national policy put in place that will recognize this and make a positive change. For further thoughts on how to overcome this problem check out the Speed Matters website: http://www.speedmatters.org/
